In support of the EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign we're bringing mindful eating to the table.   

This June, we're releasing 3 new mindful eating offerings in the Calm app specifically created in support of (RED)'s month-long culinary campaign to fight AIDS.

Mindful Eating Calm Masterclass

June 6-12, 2018  

Our Mindful Eating Calm Masterclass is free for everyone June 6th to 12th! Calm Masterclasses are life-changing audio classes delivered by world-renowned experts, this one is taught by award-winning author, Dr. Michelle May. 

For the first 50,000 listens of our Mindful Eating Calm Masterclass, Calm will contribute enough to provide a day’s worth of life-saving HIV medication for 50,000 people.

100 percent of the money raised goes to work on the ground – no overhead is taken.

The Daily Calm

June 6th

On June 6th, our Daily Calm meditation about Mindful Eating will be free for everyone in the Calm app! Be sure to check out this 10-minute guided meditation before one of your meals.

Our meditation instructor, Tamara Levitt, developed a Mindful Eating Collection with guided meditations and a gratitude practice to heighten your awareness at mealtime and improve your relationship with food.
