Do you have a story to share about how Calm has changed your life?

Are you sleeping better? Do you feel more patient? Has mindfulness helped you? We want to hear your story. 

Create a short video to let us know what Calm means to you. Share your video via social media with the hashtag #CalmStory and tag @Calm or share with us directly by uploading your video below. 

We made a few examples to get you started, but remember the most important part is to be yourself and to speak from your heart!

Posting guidelines

You can record on your own smartphone, tablet or computer. Make sure you are in a well-lit space (not backlit) in a quiet space.

Do

  • Record in a quiet and light place, where we can see and hear you

  • Keep the video under 2 minutes

  • Record in landscape

  • Talk straight to the camera about your personal experience

  • Be yourself!

Don’t

  • Include copyrighted material

  • Add on-screen text

  • Add special effects or cutaways

  • Record for longer than 1-2 minutes

Upload your story to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or the Daily Calm Community using the hashtag #CalmStory and tagging @Calm in the post
